Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, My name is Leanna and I am Integrative Relational Therapist
I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, anger issues, work related stress, family issues, or a sense of feeling stuck.
I became a relational therapist because I believe healing happens in relationship. In the space between you and someone who can hold your story with care.
Therapy is not just about insight. It’s about repair. Re-learning that you can be seen, heard, accepted as you are, and not abandoned. That your emotions have space. That you have space.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be held in that kind of space you’re not alone I will work with you to explore the root cause of your issues and to help you to develop self awareness and tools to help you cope with life’s challenges. Together we will work to understand your experiences, thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, I welcome you as you are. I believe that lasting change happens not just through techniques, but through meaningful, authentic human connection.
Other areas of counselling I deal with
Couples therapy
If you're here, you might be feeling stuck in patterns that are tough to break, or maybe you're just not feeling as close as you once were. You’re not alone and it’s okay to ask for support.
I help couples slow things down, really listen to each other, and work through the tough stuff with kindness and honesty. Whether you’re dealing with ongoing conflict, rebuilding after a breach of trust, or just want to strengthen your bond, I’m here to work alongside you both.
What Working Together Looks Like:
In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space where both of you can feel heard and supported. I do not take sides. I help both of you understand what is really going on underneath the surface and how to move forward together with more clarity, care, and connection.
About My Practice
I offer a relaxed, supportive space where both partners can talk openly. Both partners have an equal space to feel seen and heard.
I draw on an integrative approach that combines the insights of Imago Relationship Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This means we work both emotionally and practicallyexploring how past experiences shape current relationship dynamics, while developing new ways to connect, communicate, and support each other.
Please feel free to reach out for further information and to arrange a free 15 min introductory telephone call.
My fees:
£65 for individual therapy
£120 for couples therapy
Warm regards
Leanna

Hello my name is Sam. As an Integrative Counsellor, I offer a thoughtful and supportive space where you can speak openly and feel accepted without fear of judgement. My aim is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship that helps you feel safe enough to explore whatever may be troubling you, whether it feels recent, long-standing, or difficult to put into words.
I support individuals experiencing a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, low confidence, grief, emotional overwhelm, and periods of uncertainty or change. Alongside this, I have a strong interest and experience in working with addiction and recovery, supporting people affected by substance use, alcohol dependency, and harmful behavioural patterns that may be impacting their wellbeing and relationships.
My integrative approach allows me to adapt therapy to suit you as an individual, recognising that no two people experience life in the same way. I work collaboratively and compassionately, helping clients gain deeper understanding of themselves, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. Whether you are seeking support during a challenging time or looking to make lasting changes in your life, therapy can offer a space for reflection, healing, and growth.
My fees:
£75 for individual therapy
Kind regards
Sam
